Event Organisation

I have been involved in helping academics and other professionals arrange conferences in Cambridge and London, and I have gained valuable insights, as a regular participant at conferences organised by other institutions – sometimes as a ‘victim’ of other people’s mistakes. It is therefore not surprising that I have learnt the importance of meticulous planning, from the choice of accommodation, booking of venues, communication with speakers, and negotiation of travel arrangements, all within budget. . . My knowledge of Cambridge and my network of friends are very helpful in this respect.
